SCAMMER! I ordered a $900 graphics card, and the tracking I received said its destination was a completely different state than my shipping address, and was shipping from IL (not WI, where this business is located). I asked for clarification, and they immediately refunded the $900 order. No explanation. No "please wait a few days." No attempts to redirect the package. But they did ask me to leave a positive review, and mention their Customer Service associate's name, which is why so many other reviews do just that. It's clear they never actually had the item to sell in the first place, and they might even be committing insurance fraud on the bogus packages they send out.

I order a air conditioner 262$ on amazon on June 15th. it was supposed to be delivered on the 20th . Two fed ex Drivers around 9:00AM on the 20th go up to my apartment building, do not ring doorbell, knock on door, nothing. Wait there for thirty seconds, then leaves... Doesnt even leave a door tag. So i email amazon, fed ex, and the seller, saying just to deliver the package in front of my personal door step if the front apartment door is unlocked.. So the 21st, and 22nd. The Fedex drivers do the same thing....... FRIDAY I TOOK OFF WORK A WHOLE DAY TO WAIT FOR YOUR SILLY PACKAGE. THANKS FOR THAT! Saturday, the fed ex drivers get to get inside my apartment building but leave a door note on my door. Did not leave the package in front of the door like i said. At This point, I call FEDEX customer service and talk to the escalation team, then they transfer me to the FEDEX store here in town, and the manager personally says he will personally make sure it gets delivered on monday and he doesnt care if the driver has to do it with a white glove or ronald mcdonald smile on his face. WELL HERE IS MONDAY and no package... So now im requesting to just send the air conditioner back to the seller (BUY VPC) because its taking WAY too long to deliver a 40 pound air conditioner..... Amazon says, theyve contacted the seller, the seller says the contacted fed ex and is giving them a hard time about it (WHICH ISNT MY PROBLEM) Im demanding my money back because i dont even want this thing no more. They say they cant because fed ex wont return the package and says i have to come to the facility to obtain my package.. IM UNABLE TO COME GET THINGS... I HAVE SEVERE transportation problems which is why i wanted it delivered. Call Amazon and im trying to be cordial and tell them i dont want it, its taking too long, its 95 degrees in my second floor apartment and my first daughter is about to be born and she cannot be dealing with this heat. So they say you got to wait 48 hours. I SAY NO... IVE BEEN WAITING since THURSDAY the 20th. They file a claim. Well Tuesday comes around, no package no refund. And then NICHOLE with BUYVPC customer service is irking me, and not helping me out by any means. Sounds like they just wanted that money money money . They say i have to go to fed ex and pick it up. SO THURSDAY the 27TH COMES... no refund, no nothing. So what do i do. I go allll the way there pick up the air conditioner and they make me go in this prison looking fedex and make me go into a room where 3 or 4 people are there, and then ricky wants to come walking up on me likes hes about to do something and has a attitude and says your package is here, and i told them at the gate i didnt even want to go in, because of how disrespectful this fed ex facility has been to me over the phone. YES at 125 troy hill lane FED EX with MARY and RICKY. Very rude and disrepectful and i feel they made me go in there, i asked to be released from the building and they say open that door and then go into the other room, so here i am in this other room which looks like cells...... I leave out of there and go back out side and just sit there. Thats when 6 or 7 people come out all at once for ONE 40 lb air conditioner that i grabbed off the cart they were rolling it on and walked away. They then proceeded to watch me drive away, well i get home plug the AC in, THE THING DOESNT EVEN WORK. SO NOT ONLY AM I OUT 260$ BUT IM PRETTY SURE FED EX JACKED MY PACKAGE UP AND THE SELLER REFUSES TO HELP ME. JACKED.... filed a report with the FTC just now, now filing with the BBB. Thanks so much for nothing!

Turns out that the item I purchased was not compatible with my iPhone 7, and VPC was kind enough to give me a full refund! Most appreciative!!

STAY AWAY! Scammers! I purchased a power supply on Amazon through VPC. However I changed my mind and decided to cancel the order. Ive sent numerous emails to cancel the order within minutes of purchasing it. They simply said they do drop ship and couldnt cancel within the 3 days they had to do so. They shipped it anyway. I received the package at the door with the UPS delivery guy and I handed him my return label at the same moment. Ive never opened up the package. They received the return today and decided to refund me $276!!! The total purchase was $346 which included tax and shipping. Terrible customer service and operations management. This is sad for a company with at least 4 stars. Buyers beware and please save yourselves some trouble.
